At Sahaj Silver (A unit of Sajaavat), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you face an issue please our policy below:

 

2-Day Return/Exchange policy

1) You have 2 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. 

2) We offer a one time free exchange for ring size adjustment within 2days of delivery.The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3) we do not offer returns/exchange for change of mind.

4) Returns/Exchange are only applicable if;

    - The product is damaged

    - You have received the wrong product.

    - Ring size adjustment 

Returns for Defective/Damaged products 

1) If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for return or exchange.

2) An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.

3) We will arrange a pickup at no additional cost to you .

4)the product must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds 

1) If a refund is approved, it will be issued once the returned item is received.

2) Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days and credited to your original payment method.

RTO (Return to Origin) - wrong/incomplete address

1) If your order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address or the unavailability of the consignee,we will reship it at no additional shipping cost.

However, resfunds will not be provided in such cases.
